Key Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for GL accounting and financial reporting, AR, AP, day to day banking, internal
controls, establishment expenses and employee claims.
Manage month-end closing, provisioning & publish timely monthly financial statements.
Manage year-end closing & prepare for and coordinate with auditors for timely completion
Coordinate the preparation & filing of regulatory reports and tax returns and assessments.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Develop & implement business processes and accounting policies to maintain & strengthen
Responsible for educating & encouraging a culture of financial prudence through the
Co-ordinate with external experts wherever necessary for ensuring all of the above.
Treasury Management and dealings with banks for Forward / Option Contracts and
Coordination with bankers.
Lead, maintain and nurture a team of accountants

Should have worked on Tally ERP.
Qualification CA/CA Inter with at least 1-2/4-5 years’ experience / B Com 6-7 years.
Strong accounting and audit experience.
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close and audit process.
Candidates with experience in and strong industry knowledge of Fintech would be preferred.
Should have hands-on experience on end-to-end accounting
